Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Thank you for your purchase! Every order is received with great excitement and appreciation.

I always strive to ensure high quality and customer satisfaction. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’ll of course work together to find a solution.

  1. Your right to withdraw: You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. This applies to all art prints.

  2. How to exercise your right of withdrawal: If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must notify me within the 14-day period by emailing robin.e.storm@gmail.com.

  3. Returning your order: Once you have notified me of your decision to withdraw from the purchase, you have an additional 14 days to return the item. If the item is not returned within 14 days of your notification, your right of withdrawal may lapse.

  4. Refunds: If you withdraw from your purchase, I will refund the full purchase price, including the cost of standard delivery. You, as the buyer, are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  1. If your print arrives defective, damaged or otherwise faulty, please contact me as soon as possible and include photos showing the issue. We’ll find a suitable solution.

Return Conditions

  1. The item must be returned in substantially the same condition as when you received it. If the item has been used, damaged or inadequately packaged for return, this may affect the amount of your refund.

  2. Return shipping and responsibility: You are responsible for arranging the return shipment securely and using a trackable shipping service. You bear the risk of loss or damage during return shipping until I have received the item.
